Our Client a going concern with a property management arm based in Abuja is looking for:
Attend to clients enquiry and process them by redirecting same to appropriate authorized personel
Answer phone calls and follow up calls on appointments and deliveries.
Maintaining and updating company records.
Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Running errand for CEO, supervise menial workers and reponsible for a clean office environment.
Dispatch responsibility, file management and any other assignment management
require of him.
Minimum of a OND Secretarial studies or any related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputable organization
